Some of the most beautiful weddings aren’t held in extravagant venues or surrounded by elaborate decorations. Sometimes, the most meaningful celebrations happen right in your own backyard, surrounded by the people you love most.
Scarlet and Marcos’ wedding was the perfect reminder of just how special an intimate backyard wedding can be.
And this wedding was especially close to my heart because Scarlet is one of my best friends! 🤍
When she and Marcos asked me to photograph their wedding, I couldn’t have been more honored. Getting to capture such an important day for someone I love so dearly made the experience even more meaningful.
A Beautiful July 11th Backyard Wedding
On July 11th, Scarlet and Marcos gathered with their closest family and friends to celebrate their love and officially begin their next chapter together.
Their backyard wedding was filled with warmth, happiness, and all the little moments that make intimate celebrations so unforgettable.
One of my favorite things about smaller weddings is how personal they feel. Everyone is there because they genuinely love and support the couple, and you can feel that connection throughout the entire day.
And Scarlet and Marcos’ families? They brought ALL the energy!
Wedding Bells & An Argentina Victory! 🇦🇷⚽
As if celebrating a wedding wasn’t exciting enough, July 11th also happened to fall on the day of a big Argentina soccer game!
And when Argentina won, the celebration reached an entirely new level.
There was already plenty of excitement surrounding the newlyweds, but adding a victory for Argentina into the mix made the reception even more memorable.
Two reasons to celebrate, one unforgettable day!
The cheering, excitement, and energy from everyone made for some incredibly fun moments to photograph.
It’s safe to say this wasn’t your typical quiet backyard wedding reception. 😂
Music, Dancing, Delicious Food & So Much Love
If there is one thing I learned from photographing Scarlet and Marcos’ wedding, it’s that their families know how to PARTY!
The reception was filled with music, delicious food, dancing, laughter, and nonstop celebration.
Everyone came together to enjoy the evening, and the happiness was contagious.
From the sweet moments shared between Scarlet and Marcos to the excitement of their families dancing and celebrating, there was so much genuine joy throughout the day.
