Downloading your images
There are two file sizes to download. Socail Media and High Resolution.
Social Media: Perfect for phone downloads and sharing to and social platforms. Prints will come out blurry with these files.
High Resolutions: A MUST for prints. You will need to download to a computer and print from there.
Refunds and Gallery Concerns
I do not offer refunds. ( Please refer to your contract for details. ) If you have concerns or questions about your gallery please let me know BEFORE you download them. After you download them no changes will be made.
Tags are Appreciated
Its not required but I love to see my clients cute family picture posts. I would love it if you would tag my business page!
Prints and Products
You can print your images straight from your gallery through my professional lab.
You are welcome to download and print on your own where you'd like. However, I will not guarantee print and color quality outside of my professional lab and will not refund or change the images for low quality prints.
Gallery Privacy
Anyone with your gallery link can view your images. Anyone with access to the PIN will be able to download them. Outside of that, your gallery is completely private. Feel free to share your link with anyone of your choosing. ( or not )
